No home should go without some plant mounting boards dotted around the place.
Made from Hardwood with all edges beveled to remove any sharpness, some galvanized screws added to assist tying on a plant and a galvanized wire hook to hang it up. Just add your own plant.
What you need to know.
All boards have flat head screws attached, these are to wrap twine around when attaching a new plant to the board. These screws can be removed once the plant has attached itself to the board or they can just be left in position and the plant will grown over them. Photo J is a good example of how to use the screws to tie a plant onto a board.
There are three types of mounting boards, 1. Bench mounted , 2. Vertical and 3. Dual purpose.
1. Bench mounted type. These don't have a hanging hook as they simply sit on a flat surface with the plant mounted on top of them. Photos B and H are the same bench mounted board, with and without a plant.
2. Vertical type come with either an eye hook or a wide hook. Some boards have an additional hook in the bottom edge as well so if you buy 2 or more boards you can link them together in a daisy chain, one above the other. This looks spectacular once established. Photo D is an eye hook, Photo C is a wide hook & photo A is an example of three boards linked together in a daisy chain.
3. Dual purpose boards come with multiple pre drilled holes but with no hooks attached. The idea being that Dual boards can be used Horizontally without a hook or simply add your own hook to use it Vertically. And because it has holes drilled on both edges you can then add another hook to the bottom edge and hang a second board below. Photos I & H & Photo G numbers 7 & 9 are all examples of dual purpose boards.
